Late Reschedules & Cancellations (within 48 hours of your appointment)

• Appointments without a deposit: A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.

• Appointments with a deposit: will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

No-Shows & Cancellations (within 1 hour of your appointment)

• Facials/Skin, Lashes, Brow Lamination, Saline Removal, Tattoo Touch-Ups, Waxing Services:
  100% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.

• New Cosmetic/Medical Tattoo Appointments:
  100% of the deposit is forfeit, and a $150 no-show fee will be applied (up to the total cost of the service).

Sickness + Emergencies

We know life happens. If you’re sick or have an emergency and can’t make your appointment, contact your service provider before 9am of the day of your service.

Punctuality

Our team reserves time just for you. No shows are charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.

If you are running late, please notify us by texting your artist directly. 

We have a 15 minute grace period.

After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on your service provider’s schedule, as most of our services require a set amount of time to be completed to Studio N x GLASS+SKIN's quality standard.

For lash extension appointments only, we will do our best to lash in the time remaining at the full cost of service.
