    • Bankable credits (valid for 90 days)

  • The Gold Membership is designed for more advanced treatments and faster, more visible results.

    It includes:

    • One monthly treatment (GLASS+SKIN Facial, Microneedling, or Green Algae Peel)

    • 40% off boosters (ongoing)

    • One complimentary booster upon signup + every month thereafter

    • 10% off additional services (enjoy member pricing!)

    • 10% off retail products

    • Bankable credits (valid for 90 days)

    • Skin Analyzer consultation

    • Ability to share membership credit

    • Silver is ideal if you’re maintaining your skin, focusing on hydration, acne management, or general upkeep.

    • Gold is better if you’re targeting deeper concerns like aging, texture, scarring, or want more advanced, results-driven treatments.

  • You’re billed monthly, and each payment becomes a treatment credit.

    You can:

    • Use your credit that month

    • Roll it over (up to 90 days)

    • Apply it toward another service using Flex Service Change

    Memberships are designed to keep your routine consistent while giving you flexibility.

  • Yes — a 6-month minimum commitment is required.
    This allows your skin enough time to fully benefit from consistent treatments and product use.

  • If you change your mind within the first 30 days of signing up, you can cancel by emailing us (info@glassandsakin.com) at least 5 business days before your next renewal date.

    You will be charged the difference between member pricing and regular pricing for any services or products used (as if the membership was never applied).

    After the 6-month commitment is complete, you can cancel anytime with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date.

  • Your membership credit will roll over to the next month.

    Credits expire after 90 days and are non-refundable.

    • Hydration + Glow treatments

  • Yes — after your initial commitment is complete, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year.

  • Flex Service Change allows you to apply your membership credit toward a different GLASS+SKIN service.

    The only exclusion is lash extensions or permanent makeup.

  • Yes — you can switch between Silver and Gold after your minimum commitment period, with at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date.

    If you’re looking to make a change sooner, feel free to email us at info@glassandskin.com. We’re happy to review your situation and, where possible, make an exception — we want to make sure your membership feels aligned and well spent.

  • Gold Members can share their membership credit with someone else.

    Silver Memberships are for individual use only.

  • No — but we recommend it for best results.

    If you miss a month, your credit will roll over (valid for 90 days), so you won’t lose it right away.

  • Both Silver and Gold Members receive one complimentary booster upon signup, and Gold members get 1 free booster every month.

    Members enjoy special pricing on all of our boosters:

    • Silver: 25% off

    • Gold: 40% off

  • Membership pricing and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, with the exception of an additional 10% off retail products during product sale events.

  • Our standard cancellation policy applies.

    Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee or loss of that month’s credit.

  • Yes — through Flex Service Change, you can apply your credit toward most GLASS+SKIN services.
